About the role 

As a Senior Product Designer at Seek, you'll shape how businesses experience decision-grade intelligence across our online platform, app ecosystem, and AI-powered interfaces. This is a role for designers who think in systems - not surfaces. Someone who understands how semantics, narrative, interaction, and expert logic come together to deliver high-trust, high-impact answers for our users. 

You'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to design experiences that make complex analytics feel intuitive, accessible, and immediately valuable.

What you'll be doing

• Own the end-to-end design process, from foundational research and concept exploration to prototyping, testing, and high-fidelity execution 

• Conduct deep user research to understand pain points and decision workflows 

• Translate insights into personas, journey maps, flows, and interaction models that support real-world decision-making 

• Build and maintain Seek's design system, ensuring scalable, reusable components 

• Partner with PM and Engineering to align on requirements and outcomes, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and user needs 

• Present design decisions through clear storytelling grounded in user needs and Seek's mission of delivering solutions, not tooling 

• Work closely with frontend engineers on precise, consistent implementation 

• Use analytics, user feedback, and behavior patterns to drive continuous iteration 

• Experiment with AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation and prototyping 

• Mentor other designers and contribute to Seek's design culture 

Requirements 

• 6+ years professional experience designing for enterprise web applications or complex online platforms 

• Deep expertise in Figma and modern design tools; strong grounding in interaction and usability principles 

• Experience creating and scaling design systems 

• Strong skills in UX research and translating insight into product architecture 

• Clear, confident communication skills; ability to align cross-functional teams 

• Comfort working in fast-moving, iterative environments 

• Ability to manage multiple priorities with clarity and autonomy 

Preferred Experience 

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) 

• Experience designing for data-heavy or workflow-heavy B2B SaaS 

• Knowledge of accessibility standards 

• Experience designing for AI-powered products or semantic/narrative interfaces
