Insight Cloud isn't just another BI tool for internal data—it's a platform designed from the ground up for the secure exchange of comprehensive data solutions.
We're hiring a Director of Sales to help data consumers, particularly CPG companies, answer their most pressing business questions by subscribing to applications on Insight Cloud. This role goes beyond selling as you’ll be shaping the go-to-market motion for Insight Cloud including educating, presenting, on-boarding, and co-selling applications alongside our data providers. With a host of incredible data providers (GoPuff, Ibotta, Nielsen IQ) already on Insight Cloud and more to follow, you’ll be able to counsel data consumers on a range of applications that will help them answer questions and make better decisions on supply chain, distribution, marketing, and advertising initiatives.
What you'll be doing
Insight Cloud Revenue Development: Build and grow data consumer partnerships with CPG, Retail and other consumers by securing Insight Cloud application subscriptions, Insight Cloud platform fees, and other revenue-producing initiatives
Insight Cloud Engagement: Become an expert on Insight Cloud, give platform demonstrations and presentations, and drive as many individual Insight Cloud account signups, logins, and sessions as possible to lead to more revenue engagements
Partnership Building: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with the largest CPG data consumers to enhance revenue streams
Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with the Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams at Seek to ensure best in class service for CPG data consumers and maximization of upsell opportunities
Market Analysis: Monitor CPG trends and competitor activities to identify new leads and revenue opportunities and to refine marketing and outreach strategies
Requirements
6-10 years sales, business development, account management, or category management experience with strong proficiency in MS Office
Proven track record of exceeding sales, quota, or business line goals
Experience in the CPG or Retail industry
Strong strategic sales experience including customer research, strategic planning, deck building, and client presentations
Ability to operate in a high-paced, startup environment and wear multiple functional hats
Excellent communicator who can bridge technical and business perspectives in cross-functional teams
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time to see CPG data consumer clients
Preferred Experience
Comfortability with data analytics, data visualization, business intelligence and data visualization software
Knowledge of data sales and cloud data warehouses
Familiarity with the advertising technology space, including how data is leveraged for activation, attribution, and analytics use case
Startup experience—comfortable moving quickly and wearing multiple hats

Compensation
$100,000 - $250,000 including base, bonus, and commission
