Seek has created a first-of-its-kind marketplace where publishers and subscribers of insights applications come together to deliver real business impact fast. Insight Cloud isn't just another BI tool for internal data—it's an AI-enabled platform designed from the ground up for the secure exchange of comprehensive data solutions in the form of applications.
We're hiring a Director of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts for Seek and Insight Cloud. This role will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and will help shape and support the go-to-market motion for Insight Cloud. With a host of incredible publishers (GoPuff, Ibotta, Nielsen IQ) on Insight Cloud already and more signed publisher announcements to follow in the coming months, you’ll be able to leverage co-marketing and press releases to establish a leading and validated brand in the analytics and insights space.
What you'll be doing
Marketing strategy: Work with Seek’s executive leadership to build and execute the marketing vision, strategy, and tactics
Marketing budget: Own the marketing budget and allocation of financial and human resources to hit and exceed Seek’s marketing goals
Marketing team: Manage, coach, and develop a small but growing team of marketers
Branding: Own the execution and establishment of the Seek and Insight Cloud brands
B2B marketing: Execute B2B marketing including but not limited to digital, social, events, CRM, and PR
Sales enablement: Own all asset creation processes for internal (eg – training) and external (eg – pitch decks)
B2B research: Conduct research with target markets to ensure we understand our publisher and subscriber prospects and how to reach them
Vendor management: Manage production, agency, or other vendors as needed for hire to accomplish Seek’s marketing goals
Internal collaboration: Partner with sales, business development, product, design, and technology to create best in class marketing assets, campaigns, and value propositions
Requirements
10-15 years marketing experience with strong proficiency in MS Office
Management experience
Proven track record of building brands from startup to growth phase
Experience in the technology industry
Experience owning and operating a B2B marketing budget(s)
Experience owning sales enablement or product marketing processes
Ability to operate in a high-paced, startup environment and wear multiple functional hats
Excellent communicator who can bridge marketing and business perspectives in cross-functional teams
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for events and team off-sites
Preferred Experience
Comfortability with public relations, vendor management, and events
Familiarity with FIGMA, Canva, Adobe and other creative software
Knowledge of data and analytics functions
Familiarity with the advertising technology space, including how data is leveraged for activation, attribution, and analytics use case

Salary Range + Bonus:
$140,000 - $180,000
